AMERICORPS JOB OPPORTUNITY

Interested in making a deeper commitment
to service? HandsOn Inland Empire in partnership
with California volunteers is looking to fill
several AmeriCorps positions. The AmeriCorps
program is a federal service initiative aimed at
supporting local nonprofit organizations through
a 1 year commitment to service. Those
qualified for the position will receive a
small monthly stipend, as well as a government
financial award upon completion.

REACH OUT AND READ
Summer reading Challenge
Summer is finally here!! Instead of sitting in front of
the TV all summer long, reach out for a good book!
This summer HandsOn Inland Empire is challenging all
kids to reach out for a good book and read! Every time
you read be sure to log the minutes on our timesheet.
The participant with the most minutes will win a
prize!
